Welcome to AFDIGI PAY. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and the AFDIGI Android app (together, the "Service") and every purchase you make through them. By using the Service or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean AFDIGI PAY, and "you" means anyone who uses the Service. AFDIGI PAY runs its store on bukaOlshop, a platform that provides the technology for the Service; AFDIGI PAY alone sells the products and is responsible for them.

Your Account

Give accurate, current and complete information when you register, and keep it up to date.
Your account on this website is the same account you use in the AFDIGI app.
Keep your password and PIN secret. You are responsible for everything done with your account; tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or are used for fraud.

Products and Prices

We do our best to describe and show our products accurately. Photos are for illustration; actual colors and details may differ slightly.
Prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Prices, promotions and stock may change at any time without notice; the price that applies to your order is the one shown at checkout.
Members may get different prices according to their membership level.
If a product is listed with a wrong price or wrong information by mistake, we may cancel orders for it and refund any payment in full.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy, which is accepted once we process it. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example when a product is out of stock, when the order or its price contains an error, or when we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund the payment.
Check your order before paying: the products, quantities, notes, delivery address and, for digital products, the customer number or ID.
Pre-order products are shipped after the waiting time stated on the product page.

Payment

You can pay with the methods shown at checkout, such as your balance in this store or the store's payment page.
Pay within the time shown. Unpaid orders may be cancelled automatically.
Your balance, points, cashback and vouchers can only be used in this store, have no cash value and follow the rules shown in the Service. Points and cashback are added once the transaction is completed. We may withdraw balance, points, cashback or vouchers obtained through fraud or abuse.

Shipping and Delivery

Physical products are delivered by the courier you choose at checkout, and shipping costs are shown before you pay.
Delivery times are the courier's estimates and are not guaranteed.
Make sure the delivery address and phone number are correct and complete. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by wrong or incomplete details.

Digital Products

Digital products, such as top-ups, vouchers, game credits and bill payments, are usually processed automatically after payment, through third-party providers.
You are responsible for entering the correct phone number, customer number, account ID or other details. A digital product sent to the details you entered cannot be cancelled or refunded.
For postpaid bills, the amount to pay is the amount confirmed by the bill check before you pay.
If a transaction fails or is delayed because of a provider's problem, we will help you, and refund it if it cannot be completed.

Returns, Refunds and Complaints

Returns, exchanges, refunds and complaints follow our store rules. If there is a problem with your order, contact us through our contact page as soon as possible, and keep your proof of purchase and any evidence, such as an unboxing video.

Reviews and Content

When you post reviews, testimonials, photos or other content, you confirm that it is honest and yours to share, and you allow us to show it in the Service. Content must follow the rules in our Privacy Policy; we may remove content that does not.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

use the Service for anything illegal, fraudulent or harmful;
place fake orders, abuse promotions, or use someone else's account or payment details without permission;
try to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its systems or other users' data, or disrupt its operation;
copy or collect content or data from the Service with automated tools without our written permission;
upload viruses or other harmful code.

Intellectual Property

The content of the Service, such as its text, product photos, logos and design, belongs to AFDIGI PAY or its licensors. You may view it for your own shopping, but you may not copy, republish, sell or otherwise use it without our written permission. The brand names and trademarks of products belong to their owners.

Links to Other Websites

The Service may link to other websites, such as payment pages, social media and marketplaces. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service, or for interruptions, errors or delays beyond our reasonable control, including those of couriers, payment providers and providers of digital products. Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Indonesian consumer protection law.

Changes to These Terms

We may change these Terms from time to time; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. The Terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. We will first try to settle any dispute amicably; if that fails, it will be settled under Indonesian law.
